Setting up a new school

Create a school and set its province for branding.

  1. Go to Schools → Manage Schools.
  2. Press Add School.
  3. Fill in the school's name, district, province, contact email, and logo.
  4. Save the school.

Good to know

  • Setting the Province matters beyond record-keeping — it drives the Department of Education logo shown to that school's learners, and, for Gauteng specifically, a distinct site colour theme.
