Provincial branding and the Gauteng theme

Why your school shows a particular Department of Education logo.

  1. An Administrator sets your school's Province under Schools → Manage Schools.
  2. That province's Department of Education logo then appears on your eReader welcome banner automatically.
  3. If your school's province is Gauteng, the whole site also switches to a distinct navy-and-gold colour theme.

Good to know

  • This is set once per school by an Administrator — learners and teachers don't need to do anything themselves.
